Matthias Hach began his professional career with traditional banker training at Berliner Volksbank eG. He subsequently worked in a number of different departments and held a range of managerial positions in various areas. However, throughout his career he always had one eye on the stock exchange, and in 1999 moved to what was then Berliner Effektenbank, where he built up the internal Clearing & Settlement department for the Berlin Open Market. Following collaboration with E*TRADE, Matthias Hach moved to the new E*TRADE Germany which was then in the start-up phase. He was appointed fully authorized representative when the firm was officially launched. Over recent years he has been responsible for the divisions CRM, Trading, Products and IT in his capacity as managing director of E*TRADE Germany and as a member of the management. Matthias Hach was appointed sole partner with responsibility for E*TRADE Germany in September 2007; he has been CEO (spokesman) of ViTrade AG since March 2010.

Stefan Müller, born 1969, began his professional career as banker at HypoVereinsbank in 1985. At last he acted there as portfolio manager at Private Banking.

In 2002 he moved to the prodecessor company of flatex AG and were appointed to the board in 2003.

Since March 2010 he is CEO of ViTrade AG as well.
