David Pieschel is a trained banker and Master of Financial Consulting (MFC). He began his career at an investment management firm in Berlin specializing in asset management. He then worked as a specialist at telegab GmbH for the DAB Bank and the Royal Bank of Scotland. David Pieschel moved to E*TRADE Germany as sales manager in early 2006. He has been manager of Marketing & Sales at ViTrade AG since March 2010.

Daniela Schlanstein completed her degree in business administration with specialisms in business IT, statistics and marketing, graduating as a "Diplom-Kauffrau" from the Freie Universität Berlin. She then worked in service controlling and process management at E-Plus GmbH & Co. KG in Potsdam. Before she joined E*TRADE Germany in 2002 as a data analyst and marketing assistant, she worked on the strategy project "Vetrieb der Zukunft" in the strategic marketing research division of the DaimlerChrysler AG Vertriebsorganisation Deutschland. She has been with ViTrade AG since the beginning of 2010.
